How to overcome Anxiety?

Mental health is a topic that is often overshadowed and not given importance like we give to physical health. Physical health is always prioritised than mental health. It might be the reason that people are afraid to tell their mental health problems because of lack of awareness regarding it .

It should be given equivalent importance like physical health. Around large number of people suffer from mental health issues which include teenagers and adults.

But if we look closer teenager are also primary trapped in this problem because of stress . They often suffer from anxiety and depression.

If you are dealing with anxiety, Don’t worry I have some steps through which you can eliminate your anxiety without medications

1) Try to take deep breadths and focus on respiration process for 10- 15 min , you can increase the time when you are comfortable with it .

2) Think Positive about yourself, Imagine all your strengths and Positive things about you.

3) Make a proper routine for your day like getting early in morning , doing yoga or you Physical activity or gym, plan your day.

4) Challenge your negative thoughts and think about its validity, is it that important than your health

5) Spend Time with four close ones , friends, and Family , ask them about you how they look up at you I am sure they will say positive for you which will calm your mind

6) Try to keep yourself busy doing something

7) Stop Overthinking, Always think positive about yourself

8) Spend time with nature

9 ) Try to talk about your problems with your Mom, don’t hide them she will definitely help you

10) Regularly do a small therapy session for at least 15–25 minutes . Lay down on your bed or your yoga mat and close your eyes and feel your body and its parts and be grateful to God for giving you a healthy body and a beautiful life. Feel your eyes, legs, stomach , Face, arms , shoulders, everything. Focus on your breaths and respiration process. Do this daily for one month you can see the results soon .
